Arcadia Moyer was a girl who lived in Florida. In 2009 she committed suicide by jumping off The Skyway Bridge. She is talked about by Joe Winko in a 2018 episode of Joe Winko Talk. Joe Winko was very saddened by her death and posted her memorial video on YouTube in honor of her memory. The video was later taken down from YouTube by request of her parents.
Arcadia's Life
Very few details about Arcadia's life are known by Joe Winko, besides the fact that she lived in Florida and graduated High school in 2008. In Summer of year 2018, during a very difficult time in Joe Winko's life, Joe Winko discovered Arcadia by reading articles on the skywaybridge.com website in the year 2009 section since that was the last full year Joe Winko spent with his uncle, Romario, before he went in a coma in January 2010 and passed away in 2012.
Joe Winko immediately noticed that Arcadia bared a Striking resemblance to a girl he was best friends with back in high school. Joe Winko felt very sorry for Arcadia.
Arcadia was also 19 years old when she passed away, which was actually the exact same age Joe Winko would have been if he had died in Arkansas back in year 2015.
The Spirit of Arcadia Moyer
After discovering the sad stories of the Skyway Bridge suicide victims on www.skywaybridge.com, Joe Winko believes that Arcadia's spirit (along with the spirits of Dalana Davis, Shira Young, Jocelyn Flores, Julia Tyson, Dustin Benson, and many others) all teamed up to help Joe Winko get through a very difficult time in his life back in summer of 2018.
Joe Winko also believes that Arcadia's spirit/soul lives on for eternity, like all the others ♥
